Dr. mark A. elliott Dr. Mark Elliott joined the faculty at the University of Alabama in 2013 and is currently Associate Professor of Environmental Engineering. He received his Ph.D. from the Dept. of Environmental Sciences and Engineering at the University of North Carolina and did postdoctoral research at the UNC Water Institute. His research has focused on drinking water and sanitation in poor communities, including in developing countries, with a current emphasis on wastewater management in rural Alabama.
